Greetings, The chips part I seem to have mastered; the pie is something else. Is it ground mutton for the filling or can you use a substitute?? Would a ready mix crust be acceptable; just add water?? I remember getting these in the fish and chips shop; alas cant get them here; hence the recipe. Slainte!
Where did you have your Pie. Regional variations occur. You can make a pie with pork,mincemeat,steak and kidney,corned beef or anything you care to chuck in. Mutton sounds as if you were in Scotland.
