Midnight last night: 1 box of pringles, 17 biscuits

1 laxative at 3am (coz i felt constipated from food!- not to try and lose weight, don't worry)

Today:
1 large apple
bag of crunchy salad, tin of sweetcorn & 2 chicken fillets
2 lovehearts

Water retention tablet coz feel bloated- not worked! Even though i ate healthy food today!!! I can't win!!! I'm so down too, PMT!!

How much fluids have you taken in....as in water?

1 box of pringles and 17 buscuits at midnight....a habit you need to break I think.
Why are you eating and drinking to the point that you need laxatives and water retention tablets?

That doesn't sound very healthy!!
Laxative and water tablets are a big no no as well. You never see any sensible diets saying

3am snack....1 laxative

Not being harsh but you can't expect to feel a difference in one day. I don't diet and I don't watch what I eat, I eat when I am hungry and stop when I am full, I eat good, nutritious food with a bit of crap thrown in for good measure.

ps...You are not eating enough
1 plain bagel 7.30am

Ye God's if I ate what sair and curlyperm ate, I'd now be eyeing up the dog wondering what he'd taste like BBQ'd- I'd be bloody starving!
Some juice as felt yuk having only had about 2 hours sleep crashed on the sofa.

A white Americano in Caffe Nero.

Some irish sausage with bubble & squeak in Waxy O'Connor's, too much to eat it all though even if it was yum :)

A bite of a bratwurst at the Christmas Market in Manchester, Dad had it but me and mum nicked a bit.

Some Gluwein shared with my brother.
What's this current obsession with everybodys bowel contents?
2 tangerines and 2 slices wholemeal bread with honey for brekkies.

Nibbled really badly on Guylian chocs and M&S biccies mid morning - Christmas office stuff.

Buffet lunch Secret Santa party - slice french bread, slice veggie quiche, olives, peppers, artichoke, applewood cheese, tomato salad some chive crackers. Grapes and melon.

Few more Guylian chocs with afternoon cuppa.

Dinner - Quorn fillet, roasted butternut squash, roast red onion and peppers, half a bag of spinach. 2 glass red wine.

Burp - ooops pardon!!


Loads of water through the day about 2 litres.
ps sair5412 - you really havn't eaten healthily today. You are not eating enough.

You have eaten the equivalent of only say one average person's lunch today.

I know I have been biscuit and choccy munching today - its Christmas at the office.

Try to eat a bit more tomorrow!!! xx
Breakfast
2 x bacon and egg sandwiches. 2 bananas. 1 pint of milk

Lunch
Tomato soup, 2 mini warm baguettes. 1 apple. 1 orange. 1 pint of milk.

Dinner
Tuna pasta. Large bowl of mixed salad leaves. 1 orange.

Supper
1 small packet of cashews. 1 bunch of grapes. 1 can of Ruddles.

3 pints of water and 2 cups of tea.
