Quick help please! :-(

I bought some pork stuffing the other day and forgot to check the date....it says use by 22nd of Dec!!!

It hasn't been opened, was in the fridge the whole time. Is it ok to eat or am I going to die trying? I guess I know the answer but you never know...:-(

Thanks, fingers crossed, I opened it now and it smells great....although wondering if maybe the off smell is covered by the seasoning...Ah well, I'll give it a shot, and if I'm not there tomorrow, call 999! lol

Update: I'm still alive! It was great....and I've washed it down with a somewhat large amount of xmas drinks, so all is well! :-)
