Low Fat/ Fat Free Cook Books

Can anyone recommend a good low fat / fat free cook book that has recipes that you actually want to cook.

Yes my friends at work bought me The Hi Lo Cookbook by Silvana Franco. I watched the TV series on UK Food channel and it was very good. I've made quite a few of the recipes already they are easy and the type of things you eat on a daily basis and would have in the house.

Many thanks Athley, I remember her I think. Will look out for the book. It's hard to find on that has 'normal' recipes.

Its available on the Amazon site. Think her recipes are good because she's a home cook and not a chef so more for the every day stuff.
