UKTV Food

Anyone else fed up with the cr@p that's been on there for the past two days.

I usually love the channel but i've been laid up since friday with a stomach bug so i've been watching a lot of TV.

But my favourite channel...UKTV food as had "the hairy bikers cook book" and Rick bloody Stein all soddin' weekend from about 8am until 9pm.

I've even tried emailing the channel in protest but the mail was sent back "unsent".

Chalky is cute but back to back of those 2 programmes all day - TOO MUCH!!!!


Its Nigel Slater and Nigella Lawson back to back today - a bit better but still prefer it when they have a mixture of programmes on.

Hope you feel better. I don't even think I could watch a food channel if I had a stomach bug!!

i dont think UKTV FOOD has much of an idea when it comes to tv schedules, the same bloody programme again and again and they make out they are doing us a favour by showing it
how many more ways can they milk rick stein does he own th channel or something as not a day goes by without seeing his face. i even know the script to some episodes

It's the same way with out Food Network here in the USA - they show each episode so many times you have them memorized - how much can it cost to make new ones - a little food, a chef, a camerman, a few others - they should have new ones constantly!!! But then they NEVER call me to ask me what I THINK!!!
