Hi there farm123, I truly love Pigalle and Montmartre, try Chez Toinette for a start. You don't need much money just wander round and follow your senses ;-) and enjoy!!!

There's a fab restaurant called Chez Louisette in the antique marked at Pont de Clignecourt. The food is really good, there are singers and music in the 'true' Parisian style and it's not at all expensive. It's only open on Fridays and Saturdays I believe. Really really worth a visit.

Easy. Look for a transport cafe. If lorry drivers and local people eat there is because the food is good.
