One is minced and the other is ground.

There is no difference, just different supermarket terminology.

Ground beef is also an American term for our minced beef.
Lol @ McNoodle. I thought is was the term that some supermarkets used to be honest , with the end product being exactly the same thing. I live and learn.
one is produced by, lets say those of an effiminate nature whilst ( mincing about ) the secound is the s**t they scrape up off the floor ( ground ).
