i just had a really tasty dinner.. i got a salmon fillet, put it into foil, covered it in lemon juice,black pepper and dill and then sealed it up and put it on a low heat to cook for about an hour and a half - first time i tried it and it came out really well, would just need one per person! you could do that with new potatoes and salad or something, i had it with brown rice but pretty boring and healthy then!but still good!( i shouldnt have eaten so much chocolate and i wouldnt have this problem belly i have now!)
