why not phone your doctor, speak to the nurse and ask as we are not qualified here on AB to give that type of answer.

Probably not but please don't leave it lying around again. I don't like my taxes wasted by people phoning/visiting the NHS to waste their time.

It should be banned (chewing gum that is).

gef,get a life. i was just wondering. if you think i would take my child to the doctor cos she ate chewing gum, um i dont think so.
I will try not to leave it lying around next time gef,like i will the bleach and vodka because i wouldnt want to waste your tax paying money gef. I for one dont need to worry about that because I dont work due to having children and its people like you gef that help me stay home all day and claim benefits, for that my friend i thank you.

babs, I apologise. I was not suggesting that you would phone the doctor/NHS but was referring to the first two replies. I didn't make myself clear.
