you can have certain types of bread as part of your B group - which is your protein & fibre. You can choose twice from the selection of foods listed in this B group every day.The portion sizes vary but 2 slices of Nimble Brown counts as 1 portion, 57grams of any wholemeal bread is one portion, and I think,(but you would have to double check this) that because Nimble have upped the fibre contained in their white bread you may be able to have 2 slices of that as a portion too. hope this helps!There are loads of other types of bread and rolls listed too so you can ring the changes.
