Does anyone know how to fold tortilla wraps? I normally buy them prepared from shops but would like to try my own, but not sure how to properly fold them without everything falling out!

Imagine that there is a horizontal line halfway down the circle. From this line, divide the horizontal line into thirds and give these thirds vertical lines (imaginary), thus you end up with approximate sixths.
Now place the guacamole across the tortilla, add the meat, spicy steak is my favourite, lettuce, tomato, cheese, fried onions (plenty) and finally soured cream, all in the middle top section.
Next, fold the bottom flap up to match the top, and fold into the centre the two sides, hence left and right.
You don't really need me to tell you to keep the fold pointing down, whilst you eat the open end, do you!
Enjoy!

On a somewhat practical note... with the tortilla laying on the table in front of you (after the filling is in place), fold the bottom 1/3 upward, followed by the left (or right, doesn't matter) remaining 1/2 over followed by the last 1/2. Helps if the tortilla (Masa harina) is somewhat warm. It won't break as easily if you'll put it in a hot skillet (no oil) for a few seconds on each side... Que aproveche!

It's also best to spread either your sour cream, guacamole or similar item on the tortilla so the other ingredients stick to it.
