Please can anyone tell me if they've heard of the urban legend (or fact...) that if you place a piece of liver 8 inches from a glass of milk, overnight the liver will edge towards the milk. I need to know I'm not insane. Thanks....

I think we have had this one before. If not it was somewhere else and its not true. Best test is to try it, get a large baking tray a glass of milk at one end and a liver at other, take a picture. Leave in the firdge and see if it moves. also have a control liver on a tray with no milk to see if that moves. Let us no the results.
Yeah just remember not to use a bit of George Best's old liver though, as it will run away screaming from anything in glass
LMAO sft42
Don't start that. What's LMAO?
Laughing My A*se Off?
Yeh . My Dad used to tell this one as a long rambling story. He told it in such a way that it did seem possible( think of a slightly more coherent Father Jack ). I think the point was that the liver was obviously riddled with cancer or something.
You are not at all insane, just gullible. It's the milk that moves.
