Do these things actually help reduce bloating?
After lunch and dinner I always feel so bloated and I've tried varying my diet and stuff like that but to no avail. I'm about to go shopping and was wondering if they are a waste of � or not?

Did me no good what so ever. In the end I couldn`t face another one, and haven`t eaten a yoghurt since.
Hi Toothfairy,
Try not to have gluten for a couple of days and see if that helps.

Oxo cubes? change to KALLO cubes.
Don't have bread for a couple of days.
Pasta? avoid for a while.
Flour based products? avoid too. If you are thickening gravy use corn flour.

Are you cooking from scratch? I am only suggesting avoiding gluten as it's usually the culprit lol.....

Gluten in foods can give you the bloated tummy. Worse symptoms are really bad tummy pain.

Gluten kind of gives the elasticity when making bread. So kneading gluten free doughs is impossible lol.....

I am gluten free in my diet and no more agonising pain.

So, when you look at the ingredients on packets and you see wheat. That I avoid.

Rice is fine though. And so is maize.
