Caffiene Free Diet Coke - Healthy?
9 Answers
I really like my coke but I know too much is bad for you.
Obviously normal coke is full of sugar and caffiene, whilst diet coke has less calories and sugar but just as much caffiene, SO I have caffiene free diet coke and it's gorgeous! :o)
I was just wondering if it's bad to drink too much of it? Or whether it's ok, anyone know? Or is anyone else addicted to it?! Obviously not 'addicted' but I love it!

Apparently the process involved in taking out the caffeine leaves the drink just as bad for you, not sure why, but I have read many times that decaf is not what its cracked up to be. Also sugar free drinks aren't that good for you either as they have something in them which can make you put on weight.
