Basically, red days are easy!!
My favorite has to be a full english breakfast.
Loads of lean bacon and sausages (M&S do 'free' ones), eggs, mushrooms, beans (a healthy extra) and tomatos.
Anything with meat:
Fajitas with chicken or steak, peppers and onions (tortilla wraps are about 3 sins each)
Salmon with veg /salad and new potatoes (healthy extra)
Burgers (made with lean minced beef) with bacon and cheese (cheese and buns are healthy extras)
There are just 4, there are lots!!!
