How do i make the 'marinade' that cous cous is mixed with when it's bought in a tub from the salad counter in the supermarket? It's got basil, olive oil, probably lemon juice but I'm not sure what else... butI DO know that its absolutely GORGEOUS!!!! Sometimes, olives are mixed with the same sauce, marinade.

This is one of them:

Mediterranean Market Salad

1 pack (6.6 oz.) sun-dried tomato cous cous
2 can (5 oz.) chunk breast of chicken or ham, drained and flaked
 cup Cubed mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoon Pitted sliced black olives
⅓ cup Italian salad dressing

Prepare cous cous according to package directions. Chill. Toss cous cous with remaining ingredients. Serve alone or in hollowed tomato.
I'm not normally a fan of packet things but Ainsley Harriot does a range of flavoured cous cous, the moroccan one is really nice (moroccan medley?) and tastes like the tubby stuff
