They have them in the free Waitrose food brochure this month. Chop up, cover with herb/spice mix and stick in oven. Bobs your Dads brother.

you treat sweet potatoes alot like ordinary ones except i find that if you are boiling them to mash then they dont take quite as long, they are gorgeous like this with plenty of butter in, but i havent made chips from them but think i will try them now, hope you enjoyed yours

I do them in the oven instead of frying them, drizzle with some oil and a bit of chilli powder!
