OK! here goes, bit of virgin olive oil in the fry pan, add chopped onions and garlic, fry off a little, not too high the heat, add chopped or sliced (if preferred) chicken breasts, seal then after a few minutes add chopped mushrooms. Cook till almost done and now for the piece de resistance, add a jar (you may need the whole jar but use your common sense) of Loyd Grossman Porcini Mushroom with Amontillado Sherry (a pasta sauce mix) This is so tasty. Serve with steamed veg and tagiatelle. Absolutely beautiful.
