Hi,

Does anyone know if it's possible to buy normal white bread that has no salt content? Either from the supermarket, or some other place. I can't seem to find any at all.

Thanks.

The legal UK definition of 'Salt-Free' is 'no more than 5 mg salt in 100 g or 100 ml of the food'.
Warburtons 'Healthy Choice' sliced white has less than 3mg per 100 gms, one of the lowest produced on a large scale. Totally salt-free bread is less popular commercially, as the loaf tends to become stickier in texture.
