Yes, they do have gravy in the USA and there are many online stores in America that sell British foodstuffs such as Bisto.

Bubbles - I live in the USA - we have EVERYTHING here - it is just a matter of finding it:) We have huge supermarkets - but there are also specialty stores where we get harder to find items. We have all kinds of gravies in the supermarket - in jars, in cans and in dry packets that you mix with whatever the instructions tell you to mix them with. I don't think my supermarket sells Bisto - but I am sure if I needed to find some I could.

Be wary though - biscuits and gravy is not what you think! It is more like a scone than a biscuit and the gravy is definitely not bisto!
