In the first half hour I reckon 78 pints were sold.

In the first ten minutes 20 pints were sold, then 26, 32, 38, 44 and finally 50 totalling 210.

If they selt 12 pints at the very start, 10 mins later it would be 18 pints, 10 mis later it would be 24 and 10 mins after that it would be 30 so the total would be

If I could continue, the total would be 84 pints in 30 minutes. In the next 10 mins they would sell 36, 10 mins later it would be 42 and in the 60th minute it would be 48 giving 210 in the whole hour.

The correct answer depends on whether there are a total of six periods of 10 minutes (as in my calculation) or seven periods of 10 minutes (as in THECORBYLOON calculation) !

It also depends on which half hour it is as there are four 30-minute periods during that one hour (I really must get out more...)
