Would cheese ham and mushrooms in a cheese sauce make a good pie filling ?

Sounds great to me - I might even throw in some asparagus.

OR I might substitute asparagus for the mushrooms.

Or add some caramalized onions to it.

Thanks - that's decided then !

I saw one in M&S but it wasn't in cheese sauce- which I think could be a bit sickly? But in white sauce. Maybe just make the cheese subtle?!
