We love fruit flan. I used to make my own sponge base with a flan tin, but discovered Asda/Tesco ready made ones are great and cheap. Our favourite is Strawberry and I always use Red Quick Jel, it only takes minutes. I believe they make an orange one as well. Another quick version is to use tinned fruit pie fillings, then you don't need jelly - the cherry variety is yummy.
