What filling could i put in a baked potato that will be tasty and also low in calories as I am on a diet?

one large tin of tuna in the bottom of a glass dish with a few garden peas then put half a tin of cambells mushroom soup then cover with ready salted crisps then the rest of the cambells soup on top of that topped with some more readysalted crisps and put in the oven for about 15 minutes or until crisps are amore goldern brown colour

if u did pastafreaks suggestion u can make a low fat sauce to go with it. i made it the other day with cous cous, roasted veg and this sauce (except i used full fat philly). u get phillidelphia put it in a pan, slowly heat, slowly add milk until its the consistancy u want, add fresh mint, fresh lemon juice and some gated lemon zest. its really yummy, very sweet though (which is always good if ur on a diet)!!
