Ambient mellow song???

This is going to be a rather ambiguous question but here goes:
I rember this chillout/ambient song but don't know what it is called or who the artist is. It contains what I think is synth (and some birds tweeting kinda like Bittersweet Symphony) and has no lyrics. It's rather famous as I've heard it on TV shows and I think it came out in the mid-90's, definetly before 2000! If anyone could suggest anything that fits this descrition that would be great please! Thanks

the only song I can think of with strings and birds isnt very mellow but maybe there was a remix of it....

Ill just add when it was released in about 96/97 it deffo had no vocals!
