Name that pop video

Hi folks, Im trying to recall a pop video i saw on channel 4 within the last year..It was someone like david gray or dannel beddingfeild ect, male singer but the vid was a story about a girl's life..Every birthday she had was on film and showed her growing up each year as her life got bad when she was old like drink,drugs ect
The vid kept showing the number of each birthday and when her life got worse it showed the prison number she had when inside, the story ended when she died form drugs i think and again the numbers where on her tomb stone
So sorry to waffle on but did that make sense to anyone?
