Both sound lovely, thank you. I don't have all the stuff for moussaka but will make it for the next time. We had salmon yesterday - pity I hadn't thought ahead! Hopefully I'll get a few more ideas.
Thanks again.
Mmmmm greek salad, lovely. How about some lamb chops, thickly sliced tomatoes, sliced red onions, garlic and oregano drizzeled in olive oil wrapped in tin foil and cooked in the oven.
I always have a greek salad and accompany it with chicken fried off in a pan with a chicken seasoning if you have it and then place some feta on foil drizzle over some olive oil and a little chilli oil if you have it or if not a few chilli flakes then fold the foil up around the feta and place in the oven for about 15 mins on about 180C. then serve the salad and chicken with the oozing melting feta on top. It s absolutely delicious.
Thank you all for your recipes. I went with leela's as I had the ingredients( tasty), but have written warpig's lamb chop idea down for the next time. jammie d, we don't have Waitrose here, but I will make moussaka myself and put in the freezer for another time.Yummum fish just goes with everything!!
