I adore the sweet and savoury combination.....i add pineapple to spaghetti bolognaise, curry, chinese, rice, pasta, couscous, mixed kebabs and just about anything else.
Make up some rice, add half a chopped pepper, half a chopped onion, finely slice your pineapple and chuck in a handful of peas and sweetcorn.
Chill immediately and serve cold.

Pasta salad
Mix up some cooked pasta, half a chopped onion, half a chopped pepper, some chopped tomatoes (seeds removed), 2 small tins of tuna, sweetcorn, peas, mushrooms, garlic, oregano and finely chopped pineapple.....mix up with mayonaise and serve with jacket potatoes.
Of course you can add any ingredient of your choice to that and take away any of my suggestions if you don't like them.
