Can someone please explain in simple terms something for me please.
GMTV said something about married couples getting a tax credit of �20 per week.
Does that mean if I am married then I will be taxed �20 a week less in my paypacket?

It's not going to happen! It's just something that the Tories are proposing if/when they get into power.

Its all spin. They talk about proposing it knowing it will wind people up. Because they are thinking about doing it when they are in government, some people then think that it is the CURRENT government proposing it.

It then becomes bad publicity for the current government. If you look at all the things the tories are proposing you could shoot holes in them, but they are just spin to affect the current govermnet.

It's all only a game !
