Would you describe yourself as a binge drinker? Read the following and then answer honestly...
"The World Health Organisation defines binge drinking as the consumption of five units or more of alcohol on a single occasion. This equates to 2.5 pints of beer, five measures of spirits or about three glasses of wine."

I open a bottle of wine most nights and probably drink the lot, as I am doing right now. I don't care any more what I am supposed to do, or what is good or bad for me, the more I am told what not to do, the more I will do it..... the list is endless every week we are told...
1. No smoking
2. No drinking
3. No fatty foods
4. 5 fruit or veg a day
5. plenty Omega 3
6. Don't insult the terrorists
7. salt is bad
8. Sugar is bad
9.Dairy products are a no no
10. I have run out of things now, only because I have my yearly rant...I know that this was not the original Q but I am fed up with being told what to do.
