ruby you pig, i only had 6 inches and that was enough,
anyway i'm going to stop at the chinese on my way hm at at the moment i'm def having beef in oyster sauce, egg frice rice and mixed veggies - but that could change!
Oooooh, a chip sandwich. God, I'm salivating!!!!!
But Mccfluff... It was 1:40 by the time I had lunch and all I had eaten all day was a tiny slither of Melon from the breakfast bar! I was malnourished! (sp?)

Roast chicken , new pots, carrots and runner beans from the garden , and not to forget the gravy !!! Lovely stuff !!

I am wearing a new little cropped black waist coat over a white tshirt and I swear it fit me this morning... now the buttons are straining!

am going out for dinner with my friend.

I think we are going to a Beefeater resturant called "the Bagers Sett" I shall have steak, i think.
Lasagne and salad home made lasagne yummy
