I'm looking to make a batch of fairy cakes with chocolate icing. The same consistency as icing sugar and water icing but with chocolate. Would I just add cocoa to the icing sugar and water or does anyone have any other suggestions?
just add cocoa should be fine, you may need to add a little more water though or you could add some vanilla essence to it.. i made icing the other day using baileys instead of water and it was delicious!
