Chicken for Baby

I was wondering if it would be safe to cook chicken, blend it to a puree and then freeze it? If so then how could I defrost it and warm it safely for a baby dinner?

hi cakey, i often used to make chicken dinners for my two when they were babes. Used to freeze it in ice cube trays and defrost it thoroughly in the fridge. I used to heat it up in the microwave making sure it was hot all the way through by stirring frequently. HTH
