Hi All has anyone out there got a recipe for date mousse,have just had this for a sweet in a Spanish restaurant but cannot find a recipe thankyou

I didn't taste this but my friend had it for her sweet she said it was lovely so it is her recommendation not mine ,but she does like her food.
