Can you freeze bubble and squeak? I can't see any reason why not, does it go soggy though when you defrost and cook it?

i can't see why not either. and if you're going to fry it to cook it then any potential sogginess would be removed i would think.

I often do this. I thaw it and fry it and it is just as good as when it was fresh.
