Hi, picked up a couple of disposable pepper grinders one being my trusted standard black and the other one is a 'rainbow' which contains 'Black, White, Green Peppercorns, plus Baies Roses'. Before I have a tinker and knacker my dinner, will this 'rainbow' blend be fiercer or milder than the normal black and will it be a distinct taste? Many thanks

no idea but perhaps try out before hand, just cook an egg pop some on and give it a shot. I reckon it will have a stronger flavour, what the hell are baies roses?
They used to call them pink peppercorns but since they aren't related to the pepper family they can't call them that any more.
A good quality freshly gound black pepper is generally much stronger in flavour than any other colour.
