Wine tasting holiday

We would like to do a wine tasting holiday in the champagne region of France, ideally staying in a chateau with organised trips to a number of vineyards and champagne houses. Don't really want to drive for obvious reasons! any suggestions?

A couple of years ago we hired a flat bottom boat to travel the French waterways. We picked up our boat in Pouilly-en-Auxoia and spent the week sailing to sailed to Longecourt and a bit beyond. I�ll provide you with a link:

Despite the fact that the first three days we were inundated with torrential rain, it was honestly one of the loveliest journeys we�ve ever done! Throughout the route you can savour the vast wines, especially enjoying some of the local wines that never make it to the international market.
