Just wondered has anyone had a starter of bread which blows up like a balloon and is served with sala and garlic butter dips. I cant find out what its called

OH, you have reminded me of so many different foods abroad.
The bread you mention is delicious.
I am not sure what type it is, could it be a type of pitta?
