Does anyone have a recipe for the creamy type of fudge that you can add different flavours to. The one I tried was vanilla (it was very pale in colour, almost white) with chocolate swirled in it.
My daughter had orange which had added flavours and colours.
It was very creamy and light, I'd say more of a fondant really than a traditional fudge.

I'm waiting for someone to give a recipe here because I love the creamy fudge. Most recipes make that crumbly stuff which is a bit grainy
If you search fondant fudge rather than just fudge you should find something

There are so many recipes out there so I'll let you choose :)

Thanks ladies (apologies if you're not!) but no joy, I'd already searched on fondant and fondant fudge but nothing looks right.
Doesn't look like I'm gonna find one now :o(
I did find a fudge shop web page and they don't give away their recipe but it does say natural cane sugar, fresh whipping cream, corn syrup are added. What's natural corn syrup anyone?
Try search for "Opera Fudge" or "white cream fudge" or "white milk fudge" - I too was searching for a recipe like you describe and Opera Fudge sounds like it's the closest.
