Biscuits: 1 1/2 cups plain flour 1/4 cup custard powder few drops vanilla essence 175 g butter 1/4 cup icing sugar Method: Cream butter and sugar, add vanilla essence, sift together the remaining dry ingredients and mix them in with butter mixture. Roll into balls, place on a lighlty greased baking tray press down gently with a fork and bake in a hot oven 180` celcius for 15-20 mins. Filling: 50g butter 1/2 cup icing sugar 2 tblsp custard powder Method: Beat all ingredients together until well combined. When the biscuits are cool, sandwich them two-together using the filling.
