Calves Liver

Mrs Flop and I fancied calves liver on Saturday so I was despatched to M&S, as this is the only shop we've found in our town that stocks it.

They didn't have any - so I asked when they would receive their next delivery and was told M&S had stopped stocking calves liver for ethical reasons.

Is this true?

Yers, it's true, but from January 2008 they'll stock calf liver again. Read about it here

What about your local butcher(s) shops? If they don't have any in, they will be able to get some for you.

It has something funny in it that affects your brain chemistry in a funny way. If you chop it.

its very expensive......but really nice.......we sell it, ...whole livers, they cost around �12/13 a kilo.....
