I would like to make:
1. a nice Irish Stew and
2.a vegetarian moussaka

for guests I'm having in, but I don't want to just get a recipe off the internet and experiment, I would prefer one that someone uses regularly and can personally recommend!

Does anyone have a personal recipe for either of these?

weight watchers beef or steak and ale
