Can anyone assist with 'Which shellfish is a popular Christmas holiday dish in France?'
I cannot find anything specific, both oysters and mussels appear to be used

Hi Sue.In answer to your question,crabs,shrimps,prawns,and lobsters are traditional Christmas foods in France.They are traditionally eaten on Christmas Eve,usually served as Fruits de Mer.
