Others you could look for are Yakult and Muller Vitality Probiotic that's what I drink and it's lovely. Do you know you are only supposed to drink these bateria drinks for 4 weeks on then 4 weeks off? Apparently it's like anti-biotics so if you drink if over 4 weeks your system gets immune to it and you stop getting the benefit of it.
