I have just put in a huge joint of silverside beef which we are having with yorkshire puds roast taties and parsnips, mashed carrot and swede, sugarsnap peas, sprouts and thick beef gravy made with the meat juices........yum.
I just cannot believe that some people throw away the juices and use gravy granules.
