Over the Christmas period I have acquired a jar of chargrilled artichokes something I am not familar with what is the best way to enjoy them

mm they sound lush. I would eat them straight out the can personally or slice them in salad

Use them on home-made pizza.

Mixed in with some pasta and fresh basil - mmm!

Cubed into bite size pieces and added to salads is yummy!

season with olive oil and enjoy with asparagus
