fatless tea bread

Anyone got a good recipe for a tea bread without fat and made with tea??

It's called a Barm Brack , I have made one ,very easy , soak the fruit overnight in cold tea ..........sorry can't remember the rest , but someone on AB will post the recipe ........

this one has an egg in which has some fat in it - but you dont add any "fat" as such

i used to make an all bran cake with no fat in it. if you google 'all bran cake' you'll find the recipe, couldn't be simpler, and for the liquid used in it, you could use tea. really nice cake/tea bread too.
