What is a Profit apple?

Profit apples were thought to have disappeared from the UKI. The last recorded viewing of one was 50 years ago, but the fruit has been re-discovered by expert Henry Baker after he found an unfamiliar yellow fruit on show at an apple day at Kingston Maurward college in Dorset. profit apples are cookers thought to have died out as the more commercial Bramley cornered the market.
