Vegetarian meat !!!

Why do we have vegetarian Sausages, Haggis and the likes? Surely vegetarians shouldnt want sausage or haggis so why not call it something different and avoid meat eaters picking up the veggie option by mistake !!!!! They are almost identically packaged at times.

Oh my lovely whisky sauce went to waste when I discovered my veggie haggis!!!
