Plenty of water and paracetomol.

Try to drink at least a pint of water before you go to bed.
Milk + orange juice + raw egg yolk, all together in a glass. Mmmm!

Or a Big Mac & coke.

But if you do - drink plenty of water before sleeping - even better, plan ahead (oh yeh like you do) and have a drink of water for every alcoholic drink imbibed during the evening. You may widdle more but that's to the good.
It's useful to have some rehydration sachets on hand - or to make your own by adding a pinch of salt to full-fat coca cola, put the glass in the sink when you do cos it all foams up. Rehydration is based on the 'hand full of sugar to a pinch of salt ' principle used to rehydrate ill babies in third world countries, so you can think about this as you regret being so foolish as to get pussed.
Get up, move about, have a full fried breakfast, lots of soft drinks, take a few painkillers, throw up if necessary and drink sensibly next time or at the very least, promise yourself you will.
We all do it occasionally but if you find it is a regular occurence, you need to address this seriously and look at where your god-given life is going.
the sure fire way for me is to drink a bit of guiness, (has to be guiness no other booze will do) the next day....some say hair of the dog doesn't work but it does for me.
were you celebrating finding a great car? anyways.... port and brandy if its not a work day... failing that alka seltzer, plenty water, carbohydrates and a good poo
I don't know why but I always have a craving for orange Lucozade in the morning after a skniful. I buy 3 or 4 small bottles from the corner shop (they don't sell the big bottles) and drink them all throughout the day.
I swear buy a pint of ice cubes....get out of bed, the worst thing you can do it lie in bed suffering, sip the ice as it melts, the colder the better as it gets into your system quicker, rehydrating you....give it 20 mins and you should feel that bit closer to normal, it does work.
Cup of tea with sugar in it and a packet of salty crisps!

Also try milkthistle and artichoke tablets before you go out!
